Q- How much time does it take for delivery after shipping?

Generally, most products takes minimum 3-4 business days to reach at your doorsteps. However some products mostly equipment’s takes more time to get delivered unlike others.

Bulky products takes maximum 7 business days to get delivered.

Q- How does Crystodent cover warranty on products?

Read the warranty/expiry section given below the product page to check on which part of the product warranty is applicable.

Warranty on any product in Crystodent.shop is against it’s manufacturing defect and errors. Physical damage or any kind of manipulation with the product is not covered under it.  

This can be better explained with an example-

If you buy a product having 1 year warranty on it, strictly the warranty is on it’s manufacturing. If any defect found within warranty years, product will be taken back for servicing and rectification. Our courier person will come to collect the product. Customers needs to pack it well as reverse in-transit damage is liable for customer’s to bear. The product will be handed over to the manufacturing company for the servicing in the warranty years. This process takes 5-7 working days until the customer receives the serviced and error free product.

Q- Where do i need to ship the order incase of return/refund or any damage?

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
